JUPITER'S TEACHINGS LTD
Terms & Conditions
JUPITER’S TEACHINGS LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16065808, with its registered office at Flat 175, Centrillion Point, 2 Masons Avenue, Croydon, United Kingdom, CR0 9WY (referred to in these documents as “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of and participation in the online course “Drawing Psychodiagnostics” and any related digital content, live sessions and recordings (together, “the Course”) offered by the Company through this website. By purchasing the Course you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Course
The Course consists of live online sessions delivered via Zoom, session recordings made available in your student dashboard, and related educational materials. Dates, times and the session schedule are displayed on the Course page prior to purchase and may be adjusted for operational reasons; enrolled students will be notified of any change by email in reasonable time.
The Course is provided for educational and self-development purposes only. It does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, medical advice, psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment or any other professional healthcare service. No diagnosis of any medical or psychological condition is made or implied. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Enrollment and Account
Upon successful payment, a personal student account is created for you and access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Your account and Course access are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
4. Price and Payment
The Course price is displayed on the Course page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Advertised discounts (including membership discounts) are applied under the conditions stated alongside them and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
5. Recordings and Intellectual Property
All Course materials — including live session content, recordings, drawings methodology, slides and texts — are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the materials for your own learning. Recording, downloading (except where a download option is provided), reproducing, publishing or distributing any part of the Course is prohibited without our prior written consent.
6. Student Conduct
Live sessions are shared spaces. We may remove from a session, or in serious cases from the Course, any participant whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive or infringes the privacy of other participants. Drawings and personal material shared by other participants during sessions must be treated as confidential.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the website and dashboard available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Live sessions depend on third-party services (in particular Zoom); where a session cannot be delivered as scheduled we will reschedule it or provide the recording.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Consumer Rights
If you purchase as a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have statutory rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) that are not affected by these Terms. Where you expressly request access to digital content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal in respect of the delivered content may be affected, as described in the Refund Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be announced on this page.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page.
