Privacy Policy
JUPITER’S TEACHINGS LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16065808, with its registered office at Flat 175, Centrillion Point, 2 Masons Avenue, Croydon, United Kingdom, CR0 9WY (referred to in these documents as “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website, enroll in the “Drawing Psychodiagnostics” course, or contact us — and how we use and protect it. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
1. Data We Collect
- Enrollment data — name, email address, and payment confirmation details received from our payment processor when you purchase the course.
- Account data — the details you keep in your student dashboard: first and last name, country, city, email address and password (stored as a secure hash; we never see your password).
- Communication data — messages you send via the contact page or the “report a problem” feature.
- Technical data — analytics and advertising data collected via cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver the course: create your student account, give you access to live sessions and recordings, and send you essential service emails (enrollment confirmation, password setup, schedule changes). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To process payments and maintain accounting records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- To answer your messages. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- To measure website performance and the effectiveness of our advertising (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), where you consent to such cookies. Legal basis: consent.
3. Third Parties We Share Data With
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Zoom — live sessions. Your display name and, if enabled, camera and microphone are visible to the instructor and other participants during sessions. Sessions are recorded; recordings are shared only with enrolled students.
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — aggregated usage and advertising measurement, where consented.
- Hosting and email providers — technical infrastructure for the website and transactional emails.
We do not sell personal data to anyone.
4. International Transfers
Some of the providers above process data outside the UK/EEA (for example in the United States). Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your student account exists. Enrollment and payment records are kept for 6 years as required for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see below).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You can edit most of your data directly in your student dashboard. For anything else, contact us via the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
Access to your dashboard is protected by password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. Administrative access to the website is restricted and monitored.
8. Children
The course and this website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date.
