Refund Policy

JUPITER’S TEACHINGS LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16065808, with its registered office at Flat 175, Centrillion Point, 2 Masons Avenue, Croydon, United Kingdom, CR0 9WY (referred to in these documents as “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Our Promise

We want you to join the course with confidence. If “Drawing Psychodiagnostics” turns out not to be for you, the options below apply.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the course has not yet substantially been delivered to you. To exercise it, contact us via the contact page within 14 days of your purchase and before the start of the second live session.

3. Full Refund Before the Second Session

Beyond the statutory minimum, we offer a simple guarantee: attend the first session (or watch its recording) and, if the course does not suit you, request a refund before the start of the second live session — we will refund your payment in full, to the original payment method.

4. After the Second Session

Once the second live session has started, the course is considered substantially delivered (recordings and materials are immediately accessible in your dashboard) and payments become non-refundable, except where required by law or in the situations below.

5. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a course run entirely, you receive a full refund. If we reschedule the start date and the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund before the rescheduled first session.

6. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. We will confirm by email once the refund has been issued.
